What makes BASE2CLOUD special?

BASE2CLOUD was founded by a real pilot — out of frustration that there is hardly any paragliding streetwear that you actually want to wear. Each design is created with scene insider knowledge: authentic, modern, and far removed from the same three recurring motifs. Production is sustainable in Germany, only after receipt of order — no overstock, no greenwashing.
Who is your clothing for?

For everyone who lives the paragliding lifestyle even on the ground - whether active pilots, groundhandling fans or simply everyone who loves the vibe of the scene. From "everyday wear" to "eye-catching" to "is that still funny", there's something for everyone.
Can I submit my own design ideas?

Absolutely – it's even explicitly encouraged! BASE2CLOUD grows with the community. Send us your idea, desired slogan, or design to info@base2cloud.de or via the contact form. We take every suggestion seriously.
What does print-on-demand mean?

Print-on-Demand means: each item is only printed once you order it — no stock, no mass production, no wasted resources. This is more sustainable than traditional fashion collections, but it takes a little longer for delivery. The wait is worth it: you receive a freshly produced item, made especially for you.

Products & Sizes

How do your hoodies and t-shirts fit?

We use different cuts to cater to all preferences — from slim fit to regular fit and oversized, we have it all. You can find the exact details in the respective product description, including a size chart.
Are your products unisex?

Most styles are unisex. Some cuts are designed specifically for women or men — this is indicated on the respective product page.
How do I properly care for my shirt or hoodie?

Turn inside out, wash at 30°C, do not use fabric softener, do not tumble dry. This will keep the print fresh for a long time and your favorite item will last through many washes.
Do you use sustainable materials?

Many of our products are made from organic cotton or recycled fibers. They are printed with water-based, vegan inks — and shipped climate-neutrally with DHL GoGreen.

Shipping & Delivery

How long does it take for my order to ship?

Since we produce to order, each item is freshly printed for you. Expect 8–10 business days for your package to arrive — divided into approximately 3–5 days for production and 3–5 days for shipping.
Where do you ship to?

Germany & Austria — free shipping with DHL GoGreen

Rest of EU — only €9.99 (free for orders over €50)

Switzerland — due to customs duties and exchange rate fluctuations, we currently do not ship to Switzerland. Do you live in Switzerland and still want an item? Contact us at info@base2cloud.de — we will see what we can do together.
How much is shipping?

Germany & Austria: Free — from the first item.

EU: €9.99 — free for orders over €50.

How can I track my order?

Once your package has been shipped, you will automatically receive an email from DHL with the tracking number.

Returns & Exchanges

Can I return my order?

Yes. You have 14 days to return your order — as long as the products are unworn and unused. We do not offer exchanges.

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. As a small, owner-managed label, we cannot offer free returns — instead, we invest in free shipping to you.
How does the return shipping work?

Please return the goods unworn and in their original packaging to our Fulfillment Center:

Who pays for return shipping?

You bear the costs for the return shipment yourself.
How long does it take to process the return?

Once your return has been received, it will be booked in within 3 business days — usually on Tuesdays and Fridays. The refund will be issued via the original payment method.

What payment methods do you offer?

You can conveniently pay with PayPal, credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna (invoice & installment purchase), and SEPA direct debit.
Can I pay by invoice?

Yes, purchase on account is possible via Klarna – selectable directly at checkout.
