Payment and Shipping
The following conditions apply:
Goods are delivered worldwide.
Shipping Costs (including statutory VAT)
Domestic Deliveries (Germany):
We do not charge shipping costs.
International Deliveries:
For orders over 50€, we also ship EU-wide, free of charge.
Any customs fees are to be borne by the buyer.

For orders of 50.00 € or more, we deliver internationally free of charge.
Provision of digital vouchers:
No shipping costs apply for the provision of digital vouchers.
Digital vouchers will be sent to you as a file via email within 24 hours of contract conclusion (for agreed prepayment, after the time of your payment instruction).
Delivery Times
Unless a different period is specified in the respective offer, domestic delivery (Germany) of the goods will take place within 5-8 working days, and international deliveries within 8-12 working days after contract conclusion (for agreed prepayment, after the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, the goods will be dispatched in a single shipment, unless we have made different arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time will be determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.
